1.1 Consent & Acknowledgment

2.1 Registration Requirements

• An account may not be opened on behalf of someone else or using another person's details.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify the hhbd support team. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hhbd may request user identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time as needed. This may include a request for a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. hhbd reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Payment Methods

hhbd currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

3.2 Limits & Timelines

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (for each method).

• Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• Deposited amounts are reflected directly in the hhbd account.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In cases of chargebacks, false claims, or any fraudulent financial activity, hhbd may immediately suspend the account and confiscate the deposited funds. hhbd also reserves the right to take relevant legal action in such cases.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hhbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive the bonus:

• Wagering requirement to activate the bonus: 15 times the bonus amount.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, making total balance ৳2,000. After wagering ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 on the bonus amount, the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Another example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making total balance ৳32,000.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus.

4.2 VIP Program

hhbd's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

You can move up to a higher tier through regular active play. The benefits and conditions of each tier are determined by hhbd.

4.3 Bonus Validity

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period which is stated in the offer details. If wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. hhbd reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms and conditions at any time.

5.1 Betting Markets

5.2 Cancellation & Recalculation

hhbd reserves the right to cancel or recalculate bets in the following circumstances:

• If an irregularity is detected in the method of bet settlement.
• If a formal dispute arises regarding the result of an event.

In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

9.2 User Rights

10.2 Completeness of Terms

These rules and terms, together with hhbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, form a complete legal agreement. If any clause of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.

10.3 Dispute Resolution
